Project Overview: Quantum Velocity is seeking talented Conversational AI Engineers for a unique project with an entertainment center and restaurant. The project involves developing a virtual voice assistant to handle customer queries, manage bookings, and deliver real-time information. This voice assistant will be integrated via VOIP with the client’s existing phone system, utilizing third-party software for booking and point-of-sale operations to improve customer service efficiency and reduce labor demand.
Project Objectives:
Develop a sophisticated voice-based conversational AI system to answer queries, manage bookings, and provide relevant information.
Integrate the voice assistant with third-party software to handle booking requests, check availability, and access POS data.
Implement a VOIP-based integration to connect the voice assistant directly with the client’s phone system for seamless, real-time interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Voice Assistant Development & NLP Integration:Design and develop an AI-powered voice assistant with strong Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities.
Create conversation flows to address common customer inquiries, such as business hours, event details, pricing, and booking requests.
- Third-Party Software & VOIP Integration:
Integrate the voice assistant with third-party software for booking and POS management.
Ensure compatibility with VOIP systems to facilitate voice-based interactions, providing customers with a natural, seamless experience.
- Quality Assurance & Testing:
Conduct comprehensive testing of the voice assistant to guarantee reliable performance, high accuracy, and positive user interactions.
Develop error-handling and troubleshooting protocols to maintain a smooth experience for customers.
- User Experience (UX) & Voice Flow Optimization:
Design clear, intuitive voice flows to maximize user satisfaction and efficiency.
Implement feedback loops to continually improve the voice assistant’s accuracy and responsiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI engineering, specifically in voice-based conversational AI and NLP.
Proficiency with voice assistant frameworks and VOIP-based integration.
Experience with third-party API integrations, especially booking and POS systems.
Strong understanding of UX design for voice interactions and voice flow optimization.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud-based AI voice services (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or custom voice assistants).
Knowledge of telephony systems and VOIP protocols.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Deliverables:
Fully functional, tested virtual voice assistant integrated with third-party software and the client’s VOIP system.
Detailed documentation of voice workflows, integration processes, and user experience design.
Comprehensive test reports and post-deployment support documentation.
